Ray Hays is an international executive with over 20 years experience in international business development, franchise management and education. Ray has worked with hundreds of businesses across a range of sectors to drive revenues and improve profitability.
Ray has served in a range of management roles for global market leaders, including Comfort Keepers Senior Care, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, AlphaGraphics, Marriott and Choice Hotels International.
In addition to other management and consulting roles, Ray serves as Senior Director for Edwards Global Services (EGS), which manages the global expansion of international franchises and licensed concepts.
Ray’s areas of specialization include sales training, business development, marketing, training and quality assurance. He has served as a consultant or contracted manager in IT solutions, education, healthcare, home services and business services, among other sectors.
Ray was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve as a Member of the District Export Council (DEC) of Arizona. He has also served as a DEC Member in California and Ohio.
Ray has field experience in over 50 countries, including more than 20 new-country launches. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS from Georgetown University. Ray is fluent in Spanish with a working knowledge of Portuguese.
